Beet Puree with Apple

Ingredients to make Beet Puree with Apple:

1 red beet, 1 cup blackberries and 1⁄2 apple

Steps to make Beet Puree with Apple:

1. Peel and chop the beet. Core, peel and chop the apple.

2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to a boil over medium heat.

3. Place all the fruits into a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and cook for 15 or 20 minutes.

4. Transfer the beets, apple and blackberries to a blender or food processor and puree it until you reach your desired consistency. You can add little water if it is required.

Serve the puree to your little one. He will definitely enjoy it.
