If you are looking for boosting your kid’s memory power and intelligence level, then brahmi leaves will do the magic. This recipe is dense with nutrients. Your kid will like the taste as it is incredible and will surely crave for more.

1 cup Brahmi leaves, ½ cup coconut, 1½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp. ghee/oil, 4-5 curry leaves, 1 small dry red chili, ¼ tsp. jeera/cumin seeds, ¼ tsp. mustard seeds, ¼ mustard seeds, ½ inch grated ginger, 1 small slit green chili, salt to taste
1. Clean and wash the brahmi leaves.
2. In a pan add ½ tsp. ghee and roast cumin seeds, red chilli, green chilli and ginger fry for a minute.
3. Grind raw brahmi leaves, coconut, roasted spices and salt to a fine smooth paste in a blender with little water.
4. Pour this mixture to a bowl and add yogurt and mix well.
5. Heat the remaining ghee in a small pan and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pour the tempering on the thambli.
Prepare today and serve it to your child with hot steaming rice or relish as warm healthy soup.
