Dates are loaded with a lot of fiber as well as vitamins and minerals, making this Dates Jam a super yummy and healthy dish for your little one.

100 grams (3½ oz) pitted dates (chopped coarsely), 250 millilitres (8½ fluid oz) apple juice (or orange juice), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (from a health food store), ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Chop the 100 grams dates coarsely and transfer to a large saucepan.
2. Add the 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 250 millilitres apple juice, and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
3. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Pour boiling hot jam into sterilised jars (boil the jar and lid in a saucepan for 10 minutes).
Serve it with bread to your little kid.
