Eggless Strawberry Mousse

Strawberries are seasonal fruits but are as delicious as they are attractive. They are also filled with nutrition as they are rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C, dietary fibre, magnesium, manganese, potassium and folate. Here is an interesting recipe that allows you to use strawberries in an interesting way and create a delicious dish.

Ingredients: 250 gm of strawberries, 200 ml cream, 4 tablespoons of sugar

Steps:

1. Rinse the strawberries and slice into smaller pieces.

2. Put the chopped strawberries into the blender along with the sugar and blend into a smooth puree.

3. Add cream to the puree and blend it using the pulse option and make sure all the ingredients are mixed.

4. Pour into shot glasses, refrigerate and serve chilled.

Refrigeration helps in setting the mousse properly. You can serve your mousse garnished with strawberry slices or a sprinkle of choco chips.
