Extremely simple and quick recipe for your kiddo with no preservatives and artificial colors. Lemon is one of the important fruits and ideal choice in the citrus group specially during summers. Lemon juice contains vitamin C, several minerals, such as potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It also helps to cure digestive problems and control the vomitings.

4 lemons, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 200 g sugar, 2 cups water, and 2 cups extra water to boil lemons zest
1. Grate 3 lemons and slice one lemon into thin rings. Add them into a pan. Make sure to remove the seeds.
2. Pour 1 cup water over lemons and boil it for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the water and repeat this step. To remove the bitterness repeat this step.
4. Add sugar, lemon juice and 2 cups water over strained lemon zest in the pan.
5. Boil it over medium-low flame for about 25-30 minutes until it reaches the right jam consistency
Pour it into a jar when hot and let it cool in the jar itself.
