Meetha Sattu Parantha is a popular dish that is most popular in the region of Bihar. It is full of fiber and can be served at any given time as it is tasty and fills up the tummy fast.

1 cup sattu, 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp kalonji, ½ tsp ajwain, ½ cup water, 1 tbsp oil
1. Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add ajwain, kalonji, sugar, and ghee.
2. Also, add sattu in this flour and then mix everything well.
3. Add a little water and then make a soft dough out of this mixture.
4. Now place this dough aside and covered for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, take small portions of this dough and roll out to make paranthas.
6. Now, heat the tawa and place parantha on this with little oil
7. Cook from both the sides till it turns golden brown in color.
Serve it hot with curd or pickle.
