Melons are everyone favorite. It is juicy red and sweet and is liked by most of the kids and your little one won't be any different. Watermelon contains good amounts of iron, which helps preventing anemia and it also contains good amounts of water, thus can be given to kids for better hydration.

Watermelon -100gms, sugar -10gms
1. In a blender add watermelon and sugar and blend it well
2. Use a scooper and make small balls of watermelon and pour it in the mash.
Refreshing watermelon mash is ready to serve!
