Sooji Dumroot is something nutritious! Sooji is loaded with carbohydrates and protein.

Melted butter – 1 cup, condensed milk– ½ cup, sooji – 1½ cup, Sugar – 1½ cup, eggs – 3, cashews and raisins – 2 tbsp chopped
1. Heat butter on a low flame until it changes to a light golden colour.
2. In a bowl mix together, eggs, sugar, condensed milk, sooji, melted butter, cashews and raisins.
3. Pour the mixture into a 10-inch cake tin and bake at 220 degree for an hour. Cool and serve.
