If you love fries, you will love this recipe as it is tangy too. These mango fries are rich in fiber, carbohydrates, iron, vitamin K, C, and B. They are a good solution to your hunger pangs.

Ingredients: 2 semi-ripe mangoes, 1 tbsp chilly paste, 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, salt as per taste, oil to deep fry, 1 cup rice flour,1 tsp white sesame seeds
Steps:
1. Choose semi-ripe mangoes which are light yellow in color from inside and have a sweet-sour taste.
2. Wash the mangoes, peel and de-seed them. Cut it into long slices of 1-inch thickness.
3. Prick them thoroughly with a fork.
4. Now take a deep bowl, add mango slices, salt, chilly and ginger garlic paste.
5. Mix well so that all the slices are well coated. Now, keep it in the refrigerator for overnight marination.
6. At the time of cooking, prepare the batter of rice flour by adding salt and water.
7. Heat sufficient oil to fry, dip fries in the batter and fry it till they turn golden brown in color. Sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
Your tangy crunchy fries are ready, serve them warm with tomato sauce.
