Kale is extremely high in iron and calcium, and the combination with banana makes this porridge special! This simple dish can be served at any meal time.

Kale leaves, ripe bananas, milk
1. Clean and wash the kale leaves. Boil in water for 10 minutes till the leaves become soft.
2. Combine the kale leaves with a ripe banana in a blender. Add milk to make the consistency a little thin.
Serve fresh.
