Using moong sprouts, which are rich in protein, vitamin, and minerals, you can prepare an amazing sweet preparation, which is called Sprouts Payasam. By adding milk, which has valuable calcium and jaggery, which has carbohydrates, this dessert becomes very rich and tasty.

1 cup moong sprouts, 1 cup milk, ½ cup Jaggery
1. Pressure cook the moong sprouts for 2 whistles.
2. Mash the cooked sprouts well. Boil jaggery in little water and strain the mixture. Jaggery syrup is ready.
3. In a vessel, add milk and bring to a boil. Add the mashed sprouts and jaggery syrup. Stir well on low flame till the mixture is blended well.
